This was a waste of over $300.00. I bought this computer in Feb 09 as a spare, and it didn't even last a good 6 months. One day the blue screen of death appeared and would not go away. The hard drive went bad and the repair cost would be over $400.00. I would say stick to companies that have good quality refurbished computers. Even the repair company stated it was not worth repairing. Buyer beware is all I have to say.

I was really disapointed w/this monitor. it's real slow compared to my previous one. mine lacks the dvd-rw and is not up to date w/just one cd drive.

In my opinion windows XP is better than Vista, not sure about windows 7. I've only had the computer for a few days but so far so good and seems very solidly built. Other than a monitor the only other accessory I had to buy was a wireless USB which I found refurbished at Tiger Direct for about $20 ($50 new at Best Buy). This looks exactly like the computer I use at my "fortune 500 firm". The unit looks like it was well treated, no scratches or marks on the casing and it is a very quiet machine. The bottom line is that this is a great deal for a workhorse computer. "

(Admittedly, that may not be saying much). This desktop works well, no hardware problems thus far during the four weeks I've owned it. I appreciated the fact that it came with Windows XP. The five USB ports (two in front, three in back) all come in handy, since at any given time I'll want a keyboard, mouse, webcam, and iPod hooked up. I BOUGHT THIS COMPUTER AND THE PC WAS FINE HOWEVER EVERYTHING ELSE DID NOTWORK, I EMAILED THE SELLER AND THEY SENT THESE VERY CHEAP REPLACEMENT ITEMS, THE PC BOLT ALSO WAS MISSING AND AFTER 6 MONTHS THE PC NO LONGER WORKS, FOR NOW ON I WILL READ EVERY REVEIW BEFORE I PURCHASE.
